Yes, we do islandwide delivery. (For

How advance do I have to place my order?
For bulk order, kindly place your order 2–3 days
in advance. (We do not accept same day
delivery at the moment)
What is the payment mode?
Credit card OR Paynow
Can I do a self pick up?
Yes. You may select the preferred date and time
range for self pick up.
What is the earliest delivery timing?
Earliest delivery time slot is 11.30am to 12pm.
(Remark: Any earlier delivery time, kindly check
with our customer service)
What is the surcharge for early delivery before 11am?
$20. Kindly make special arrangement with our
customer service.
Can you label the bowls or sandwiches with individual guest name?
Yes, kindly provide us with a detailed name list.
Do you accept order with special diet?
Kindly elaborate to us what is the diet
requirement. Currently we do not have “Gluten–
Free” or “Vegan” bowls or sandwiches.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes.
How long can I keep the food?
Our food is best consumed within 4 hours.
Refund Policy
There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill for cancellation made less than 3 working days prior to the delivery/ collection date.
No refund will be given for order cancellation made less than 24 hours.
